If you have a spare key

On arrival, walk straight to your vehicle in the car park, your invoice, car keys and exit ticket will be left on the passenger seat for you. (The car will be locked). If we have been unable to lock your vehicle with the keys inside which is the case in some later model the keys will be locked in the boot.

If you DO NOT have a spare key

Return to the appropriate ACS facility and pick up your return envelope. The return envelope will have your name on it only and will include your invoice, car park exit ticket and keys. The facility is locked and requires a combination number. Please phone prior to departure for this code, if you have not already received an SMS message with the code. This code is changed on a regular basis. *Please note the box we use for all arrivals with no spare key is at the VIRGIN BLUE - Yellow locked box on the wall to the right of Check-in counter.

Due to the new Qantas Domestic arrival hall all cars will be parked at the northern end of the car park when possible- Virgin Blue end.

Use the white ticket provided in yellow envelope to exit car park.
